REFUND POLICY
Registering for a team shows a commitment is being made. However, we understand unexpected things happen. If an athlete needs to cancel participation on a team, this is the timeline:
- $75 non-refundable registration fee paid at registration (see Covid policy below)
- Full refund (minus $75 non-refundable fee) through date of evaluations. (or up until the first practice for XC and Track)
- 50% refund through the second practice.
- No refund from day after the second practice and beyond.
*There will be NO refunds of uniform purchases. Every effort will be made to purchase uniforms after evaluations, but due to the time it takes to to purchase, ship, and screen jerseys uniforms may need to be purchased sooner.
*We understand that their are extenuating circumstances, such as a move or family illness. If this is the case, please contact info@hrkeagles.org to discuss your situation.
COVID Cancellation Policy -
In the event that HRK cancels our program due to Covid-19 or any other reason, we will offer a 100% refund (including the nonrefundable deposit) up until the first practice.
Once practice starts, we will offer a full refund minus any operating costs that have occurred. Our goal is to get as much of your fees back to you! Unfortunately running HRK requires a variety of fees, such as insurance, gym rental, tournament fees, etc. HRK is non-profit and, as always, will NOT be looking to profit during this time, we will only recoup the costs that we cannot get back.

(2020 Girls Volleyball jerseys will not be purchased until July 28, 2020 or later)
