HRK Eagles. is a non-profit, parent volunteer-run organization that provides an excellent opportunity for homeschooled students in Lake County, IL and beyond to participate in team athletics with other homeschooled students.  Competition with other schools and organizations in the area helps to develop good sportsmanship, teamwork, a strong work ethic, discipline, and builds community in an extraordinary way that often is not easily available for homeschooled students in the area. 

Because we do not have our own facilities, rental cost for practices and games really adds up.  Uniforms, equipment, conference, officials, and tournament fees also make this a more expensive endeavor.  So that this program does not become cost prohibitive to the families in this area, donations and support are essential in addition to all the volunteer hours put into this program.  Donations also help those needing scholarships to be able to participate in this program.
